No Refunds

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances except in cases where an item is significantly damaged during shipping.

Damaged Shipments

If your rug arrives significantly damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
• Include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
• We will assess the situation and determine if a resolution, such as a replacement, is appropriate.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are treated as custom orders and are non-refundable, regardless of production status.

Custom Orders

Any custom-made rugs or designs that include modifications are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.

Production Timeframes

Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, production time may vary. We do not offer cancellations or refunds based on delays within the estimated production window.
