Order Processing

• Made-to-order rugs require a production time of 6–8 weeks.
• For in-stock items, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Domestic & International Shipping

• We offer international shipping.
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

International Orders

• For orders shipped outside of the USA, buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes (including VAT), and any related import fees.
• These charges are not included in the item or shipping price.
• If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, no refunds will be issued.

Final Sale

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
